Made in a facility that uses tree nuts and soy.
Directions: To make fresh cashew milk, add 1-2 tablespoons of JOI cashew Base to every 1 cup of water. Blend in a blender for 30 seconds on medium high, and enJOI. Add more or less JOI to adjust creaminess, and experiment with your choice of sweeteners, spices and flavorings.
Storing: Keep JOI cashew Base in a cool, dark place (like your pantry) for up to 12 months - even after opening. Store plant base in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Refrigeration not necessary.
Cashew milk will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Store in an airtight container and shake before use. Separation is natural.
